Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several frustrating issues. The check-in process was a nightmare, as the staff seemed indifferent to my presence and took forever to assist me. the internet connectivity was abysmal, making it nearly impossible to get any work done. Worst of all, I was kept up at night by loud music from the nearby restaurant, which the staff didn't address adequately.

The hospitality was outstanding. they arranged a surprise for my wife's birthday, which made it feel extra special. The evening restaurant served delicious meals. A rooftop terrace offered stunning views, perfect for unwinding after a day out. the bathroom felt cramped, making it a bit challenging to move around comfortably. Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty at times and could definitely use an upgrade. Even with the minor inconveniences, the experience was lovely and memorable.

great location in the old town, loved the shabby chic style of the room with a balcony. super friendly staff helped us find all the good spots. the roof terrace has amaziiiing views! the whole vibe is so chill and relaxing, we njoyed some wine up there. can't wait to come back for a longer stay!

La Ventana has an incredible central location in Ibiza Town, just steps away from restaurants and a quick walk to the port. The room was equipped with a comfortable king-size bed and was very clean. Breakfast was satisfying, featuring traditional croissants and freshly squeezed juice. The rooftop terrace provided a lovely spot to unwind after a long day.

We loved the location, right in the heart of the Old Town! Our room had a lovely old-school vibe and the hosts were super friendly, even organized a little surprise for my wife's bday. The only thing was the shower was a bit cramped. The evening restaurant served some bomb food too!
